JIL West USA Impact Service 2025
On July 13, 2025, over 1200 members of the Jesus is Lord (JIL) Church West USA family gathered at Hyatt Regency in Los Angeles, California, for a powerful afternoon of worship, word, and spiritual encounter, united under the theme “In Christ Alone.” From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with expectancy for the living God in one spirit and one purpose.
A Bold Opening: Declaring God’s Glory Through Dance
The service opened with an inspired production of dance and worship, setting the tone for a deeply anointed afternoon. With every movement and expression, the dancers moved with a fluid purpose. Different representations of the 3 main Philippine islands (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) became evident in their performance, from using flags to costumes, and even incorporating the children’s ministry to further
their vision into something truly astounding to behold. We praise the lives of those who used their gifts to show us a glimpse of the different ways of service to the Lord through this dance. To God be all the glory!
Word of God: Powerfully led by Bishop Bro. Eddie C. Villanueva
The heart of the service was marked by the anointed preaching of Bishop Bro. Eddie C. Villanueva—spiritual father and head of Jesus Is Lord Church Worldwide—an inspiring and captivating message centered on “In Christ Alone.” His powerful message spoke of total surrender and encouraged every heart to look to God alone as the answer in all aspects of their life. With passion, conviction, and spiritual insight, Bro. Eddie called the congregation to a deeper form of surrender to the Lord, living and looking towards Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
His message resonated deeply, challenging the congregation not only to listen, but to respond in action. It was a call to live out the Word and commit wholeheartedly to God’s purpose for their lives, to make an impact in this very moment in history.
A Touch of Heaven
As the Word of God settled deep into their spirits, a sacred stillness filled the room. Then, a holy invitation was given. One by one, hearts responded. They came forward not out of routine but out of hunger. Some wept, some knelt, others lifted trembling hands toward heaven, all yearning for more of God. The atmosphere trembled with the nearness of His presence. Pastors and ministers from across the West USA moved gently through the crowd, laying hands and releasing prayers that carried breakthrough, boldness, healing, and fresh anointing.
It was the service’s most tender and powerful time. The hush of surrender. The cry of restoration. The roar of empowerment. Heaven came close, and in that moment, the Lord rested upon every seeking heart.
Emboldened Hearts Ready to Serve
This impact service was more than just an event. It was a spiritual turning point for many. It reminded us that the presence of God alone is what transforms, convicts, and empowers us. All we must do is seek His presence, aspire to make an impact, and surrender it all in Christ alone.
As we continue pressing on as servants of God, may we carry the fire of this day forward— living boldly, loving deeply, and standing firm in the truth that Christ is, and always will be, the answer.
