Bro. Nilo Cailipan is currently the Church Coordinator of JIL Arlington, Virginia. He started out from the JIL School Outreach Ministry (SOM) in Manila in 1984. He attended services at the JIL Araullo High School and the JIL Prayer Garden until 1994. In the same year, he married Sister Marive Cailipan, a long-time friend from the JIL SOM years at the Mapua Institute of Technology, where they both actively served the Lord and graduated college.

Bro. Nilo and family came to the United States in 1996 where he continued working as a Communications Engineer. In 2001, they moved permanently to Virginia and since then served in the JIL Arlington Church with Sis. Marive in different capacities. They have three young children who actively serve the Lord with them today: Iana Shamira, Jeriel Matthew and Bennett Asher. They currently reside in Bristow, VA.
