Sis. Maricel Macaoay is presently the Church Coordinator of JIL Chula Vista Church. She has been serving in the ministry since 1993 as VIA Worship Leader. She was also given the opportunity to work as part-time staff in the ministry in 2000 which turned into a full-time status until 2009.

Sis. Maricel is married to Bro. Henry Macaoay, blessed with two wonderful children – Hannah Lois and Marcial John. She and her family currently reside in San Diego, California.
