Jovel Angeles was born in Batangas, Philippines and got married to Alfredo Angeles in June, 2005. She has now two children, Rinnah and Isaiah. Jovel lives in the city of Chino Hills, California and has been working as a Physical Therapist. She has been appointed by Ptr. Aldrin Navo as a Church Coordinator in JIL Azusa in 2009, and continued on serving the Lord at the same level in JIL Chino since March 2010.

Prior to becoming a JIL member and worker, Jovel came to know the Lord in 1985 through a Charismatic Movement. Then, attended Gospel Light Baptist Church during college time. She came to California in 1991, served in the ministry under Praise Christian Fellowship from 1992 – 1997 as a Children Ministry Teacher and Cell Group Leader. She met JIL Azusa in 1997, served as an Usher, Children Ministry Teacher, Treasurer, Evangelism Ministry Head and as Church Coordinator. She was priveledged to be able to attend the Pastoral Care Training, Preacher’s Class Training and RMAS Training under the leadership of Ptr. Aldrin Navo and Ptr. Arnel Aquino.
