It was 1984 that Pastor Dianette Aquino came to know the Lord Jesus through the Jesus Is Lord church during the Evangelism Explosion in Luneta Grandstand and became an active member since 1985. During this time, she became actively involved in the Music Ministry in Manila, aside from other ministries such as Ushering Ministry, Prayer Ministry and Community Bible Studies, she also attended Pastoral Care Training in JIL Manila. She served as the chairman of Theater Arts Ministry for at least one year and left for USA.

It was 1991 when she was married to Pastor Arnel Aquino, a former worship leader of JIL Manila. Their 3 children Dian, Dianelle and Danielle Joy are actively involved in the Ministry. She worked in JIL San Diego as a part time secretary from 1996-2000. In January 2001 she became full time and received her ordination in the ministry. Presently, she is serving as an Associate Pastor in JIL San Diego and it was last year that she was appointed as Regional USA WIN Pastor.
